2027 Prices

Wedding Ceremony Package:

$850 for 20 minutes of prelude music and processionals, special ceremony music, recessional and postlude tunes.

Wedding Ceremony Plus Cocktail Hour Package:

$1,150 for our Wedding Ceremony Package PLUS 1 hour of cocktail music. Both events must be in the same venue location. 

Package Add-ons:

• Additional Cocktail Hours: $200 per 30 minutes- Add additional time if you would like us to perform for more than 1 hour during cocktail hour. 

• Cocktail Hour Travel Fee: $50-Required travel fee if your ceremony and cocktail hour are at different venues. Includes 30 minutes of travel.

Receptions, Dinner Parties, & Other Special Events:

$850 for first hour, $200 per 30 minutes after that

Travel Fees:

There is no mileage fee for events within 35 miles of the Wisconsin State Capitol building in downtown Madison, WI. For locations outside this range, a mileage fee of $1.67 per mile will be charged. Travel fees are calculated for round trip travel. 

Other Fees:

Additional fees apply for any new music requests outside our standard repertoire list (see lists below), arranging/composing music, or rehearsing with a vocal/instrumental soloist/ensemble prior to the event. Reach out for a customized quote!

Steps to Booking Our Services:

1. Contact us via email at yaharastringquartet.com or fill out our contact form below.

2. Sign a contract with YSQ and pay your deposit.

3. Fill out an event questionnaire and decide on the music you wish to have YSQ perform.

4. Submit final payment two weeks before the event.

5. Enjoy Yahara String Quartet's music at your special event!
