2025 Prices

Wedding Ceremony:

$700 for 15-20 minutes of prelude music and processionals, special ceremony music, recessional and postlude tunes.

Wedding Ceremony Plus Cocktail Hour:

Receive a discount when booking your ceremony and reception music together! 

• Wedding Ceremony and Reception at Same Location: $1,000 includes wedding ceremony music plus 1 hour of reception music. Additional hours are $325 per hour. 

• Wedding Ceremony and Reception at Different Location: $1,050 includes wedding ceremony music, 1 hour of reception music, and travel to reception site within 30 minutes of ceremony site. Additional hours are $325 per hour. Contact us for travel quotes beyond 30 minutes.

Receptions, Dinner Parties, & Other Special Events:

$700 for first hour, $325 each additional hour.

*Prices above increasing by $100 for 2026 and beyond.

Travel Fees:

There is no mileage free for events within 35 miles of downtown Madison, WI. For locations outside this range, a mileage fee of $100 per hour will be charged.

Other Fees:

• Special Music Requests: Retail price of the music. Usually $15-25 per piece.

• Music Arranging/Composing: $50-$100

• Rehearsal with Soloist before Ceremony/Event: $100/30 minutes

Steps to Booking Our Services:

1. Contact us via email at yaharastringquartet.com or fill out our contact form below.

2. Sign a contract with YSQ and pay your deposit.

3. Fill out an event questionnaire and decide on the music you wish to have YSQ perform.

4. Submit final payment two weeks before the event.
