FAQ

What sections of the wedding ceremony do I select music for?

Prelude: Music to welcome guests as they arrive and are seated for the ceremony. Prelude music generally begins 15-20 minutes before the ceremony. Typically, the quartet performs 4-5 pieces during this time.

Wedding Party Processional: This music is for the wedding party to walk down the aisle to and let's everyone know the ceremony is starting. Can include grandparents, parents, special guests as well as bridesmaids, groomsmen, and flower girls/ring bearers. You can choose 1 song for the entire wedding party or 1 song for the grandparents/parents/special guests and 1 song for everyone else.

Bride and/or Groom Processional: Music for the bride and/or groom to walk down the aisle. This can be the same music as the wedding party processional or different.

Special Music: The quartet can play along with any hymns or worship music if desired. We can also play music for a unity ceremony or other special moments during the ceremony. Some ceremonies may not require additional music.

Recessional: Music for the wedding party to exit. This is usually more up-beat and joyous.

Postlude: Music played while the guests exit the ceremony location. Typically, the quartet performs 1-3 pieces as a postlude.
